Private Label Supplement created an amazing label for my product line. We had them start our new line with 4 products and we now have our first goal 10 products selling on Amazon and we have used Private Label Supplement for just about every service they offer. I'm writing this email to express my gratitude and appreciation for your help throughout the label design process. Even though I did NOT opt to have the label designed by PLS, you were more than being immensely helpful in seeing it completed. In retrospect, we should have left it to the creative experts at PLS, because we simply did not know enough about the process and making sure our label meets FDA's standards. This would have saved us a lot of hours, headache and back-and-forth with our designer (who isn't an expert at label design for health-related products.) So I am grateful that even though we chose, rather ignorantly, not to let PLS handle the creative, you stepped in at the last minute to help us as if we paid you to do so.
